Your first visit
What happens on your first visit
You will be asked more questions than you are used to.
That is deliberate.
We want to know what your hair has been through, what you have already tried, what you do to it at home, and what you actually want. Then we look at it properly, tell you what we think, and give you a real price before anything starts.
If what you want is not going to work, we will tell you that too, and then tell you what will.
